Why is my Node-S not charging?
If your Node-S isn't charging, the fastest path to an answer is the device's own status page, which tells you exactly what's going on with its power.
What to do
- Open the Device Status Details page for the Node.
- Look for any Power, Battery, and Charging alarms, and follow the steps in troubleshooting Power, Battery, and Charging alarms for what you find.
