What should I do when my data licenses expire?
When a data license expires, you have two paths: renew so your data keeps flowing, or wrap up and return your devices. This article walks through both.

If you want to renew
Email support@clarity.io and we'll talk through renewing your licenses and, if you'd like, expanding your monitoring network.
If you want to stop
Email support@clarity.io and we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the devices whenever it's convenient. In your email, please include:
- The number of devices you're returning.
- The number of boxes you'll pack them in.
- The address you're shipping from.
When you pack the devices, include all their accessories: the solar panel, solar shield, charger, and antenna.
