Sensing-as-a-Service comes with more than hardware and software — you also get a dedicated team of air quality experts. This article explains what that support includes and the optional Add-On Services you can layer on top.

What's included in Sensing-as-a-Service​

Your subscription gives you access to air quality experts in two main areas:

  • Data quality assurance — experts help keep your measurements accurate and reliable through collocation and calibration, plus tools for monitoring accuracy over the long term.
  • Technical support — help with the technical side of your devices, software, and data quality.

This support is built around the common challenges of running a monitoring program: limited staff and resources, complex data to interpret, and the work of building a program that lasts.

Add-On Services​

When you need more, Add-On Services give you tailored help across the full lifecycle of a monitoring program:

  • Deployment support — remote and on-site setup help so you collect accurate data from day one.
  • Environmental project management — a dedicated project manager who gives you project-specific guidance, useful when your own team is stretched thin.
  • Advanced data analysis — in-depth analysis that interprets complex data to pinpoint pollution sources and trends.
  • Strategic guidance — help building a complete air quality program, including stakeholder engagement and securing funding.
  • Actionable insights — support turning your pollution data into effective intervention strategies.

These services are delivered by an experienced air quality team and can take the form of detailed reports, infographics, presentations, training sessions, and office hours.
